Personnel hire is a cost-effective way to have skilled labor on site right when the Client needs them and only for as long as he needs them.

If the Client is hiring personnel from us, we will take on most personnel related tasks, including travel arrangements, local and Latvia taxes, payroll administration, work/holiday schedules and other responsibilities. The Client needs only to inform us of location site, work scope, job description and estimated contract duration.

Subcontracting services can be also supplied.

In that case our employees perform a specific task as part of the overall project. Assigning part of the obligations and tasks under a contract to our party will let Client (General contractor) to reduce risks and funds. Scope of work and time of completion must be defined by General contractor.

Our personnel speaks English.

We make sure that our personnel has sufficient English skills to communicate with managers, and understand the instructions. In case of work teams, the foreman will have sufficient English knowledge.
